Spiritual Life Coaching

Spiritual life coaching helps you clarify your goals, create a practical plan, and move forward with confidence. It is future-focused and action-oriented, designed to help you live in alignment with your values and purpose.

Together, we explore your strengths, challenges, and next steps. Coaching may include goal setting, action planning, accountability, mindset shifts, and personal empowerment in areas such as career, relationships, health, leadership, or life transition.

Sessions are one hour and centered on meaningful progress toward your next goal.

Confidentiality

Conversations are confidential. By law, I must report suspected child or elder abuse, or if someone is in danger of harming themselves or others.

Sessions

Sessions last one hour and are scheduled as we agree. We will regularly evaluate whether continuing is helpful.

Fees

Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $50–$100 per session.

Payment is out-of-pocket only (no insurance or HSA).

Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
