Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is a safe, caring conversation where you grow in your relationship with God. It is not counseling or advice. It is a quiet space to slow down, pray, listen, and notice how God is at work in your life.

As your spiritual director, I help you:

• Pay attention to God’s presence

• Reflect on your experiences

• Discern next steps with wisdom and peace

• Grow in trust and faith

Spiritual direction is simply having a trusted companion who helps you listen for God.

It is helpful for those seeking deeper connection, walking through transition, serving in ministry, experiencing doubt, or exploring their spiritual journey.

Confidentiality

Our conversations are confidential. For accountability and professional growth, I meet with a supervisor and may share general themes without your name or identifying details.

By law, I must report suspected child or elder abuse or if someone is in danger of harming themselves or others.

Sessions

Sessions last one hour and typically meet monthly. We will evaluate together whether the relationship is helpful and should continue.

Fees

Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $50–$100 per session. Payment is out-of-pocket only (no insurance or HSA).
