Consultation

Professional consultation provides experienced guidance and collaborative support for leaders, teams, and organizations. Areas of focus include spiritual formation, interfaith engagement, cultural unity, pastoral care, leader self-care, grief support, and healthy workplace development.

With over 20 years of experience in parish, nonprofit, healthcare, and organizational settings, consultation integrates biblical wisdom, spiritual tradition, and practical strategy.

Key areas may include leadership development, strategic planning, organizational health, growth and outreach, financial stewardship, crisis response, discernment, and mission-focused alignment.

Consultation is ideal for those navigating transition, facing challenges, or seeking greater clarity and effectiveness.

Confidentiality

Conversations are confidential. By law, I must report suspected child or elder abuse, or if someone is in danger of harming themselves or others.

Fees

Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $50–$100 per consultation, based on what you are able to pay.

Payment is out-of-pocket only (no insurance or HSA).
