Meet Dr. Donna
Dr. Donna is a pastor, chaplain, assistant district superintendent, and spiritual director based in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. Her calling is to create space for people to experience the God who is already at work in their lives.
Ordained as an elder (preaching minister) in 2006, Dr. Donna has served congregations in Florida, Tennessee, Kansas, and Texas. She currently serves as Lead Pastor of a local congregation and leads a multicultural, multi-congregational campus.
She is a board-certified chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains and is ecclesiastically endorsed by the Church of the Nazarene. She has served co-vocationally as a hospice chaplain for nearly 15 years. She is also a spiritual director, trained through Fuller Theological Seminary. Transformed by contemplative-reflective spiritual practices, she is the founder of Sacred Humility, LLC.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Master of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary focused on spiritual direction and formation.
Above all, Dr. Donna loves spending time with her family.

Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is a safe, caring conversation where someone walks with you as you grow in your relationship with God.
It is not counseling or therapy. It is not someone telling you what to do.
Instead, it is a space to slow down, listen, pray, and notice how God may already be at work in your life.

Spiritual Care Counseling
Spiritual care counseling offers compassionate support during difficult seasons of life. It helps individuals process grief, crisis, stress, or questions about meaning and purpose with spiritual and emotional care.
Unlike spiritual direction, which focuses on deepening one’s relationship with God, spiritual care counseling centers on support and healing.
This is not clinical therapy. Our provider is a board-certified chaplain, offering spiritual and emotional support for people of many backgrounds.

Spiritual Life Coaching
Spiritual life coaching helps you clarify your goals, build a plan, and take intentional steps forward. It is practical, forward-looking, and focused on growth.
While spiritual direction centers on listening for God and spiritual care counseling offers support during hard seasons, life coaching helps you move confidently toward the future you desire.

Spiritual retreats provide intentional time away to rest, reflect, and reconnect with God. They create space for renewal, healing, and deeper spiritual growth.
Retreats are helpful for individuals, couples, families, ministry leaders, or anyone seeking clarity and renewal.

Sacred events mark meaningful life moments with prayer, blessing, or ritual. They honor important transitions and create space for connection, reflection, healing, and community.
Examples include weddings, baptisms, funerals, memorials, naming ceremonies, and blessings.

Professional consultation offers experienced guidance in spiritual formation, pastoral care, cultural unity, leader self-care, grief support, and healthy workplace development.
